Almost nobody has an internet problem. They have a Wi-Fi problem, and the two get blamed on each other for months. We measure what's actually happening in your house — signal, interference, channel congestion, where the router is sitting — and fix the part that's broken.
Wi-Fi is wonderful until it isn't. A desk, a TV, a game console, an office, a camera — anything that stays in one place is better off on a cable. Running ethernet is the single most durable upgrade you can make to a house's technology, and it outlives every router you'll ever own.
A camera system is only worth what you can actually see when something happens. Most of the ones we're called out to fix are pointed at a wall, storing seven days of nothing, and sending forty motion alerts a day for a palo verde moving in the wind. We install and configure systems that show you the driveway, the door and the gate, and only tell you when it matters.
Smart home gear is sold one box at a time, which is how people end up with five apps, three voice assistants, and a light switch their spouse refuses to touch. We install the pieces, connect them into one system you control from one place, and set up the handful of automations you'll genuinely use.
Most TV mounting advice assumes wood studs behind drywall. A lot of Tucson doesn't have that. Block walls, brick, stucco over lath, tile surrounds and steel studs all need different anchors and different tools, and using the wrong one is how a television ends up on the floor. This is the part of the job we get called about most.
You shouldn't have to unplug your whole desk and drive it across town. We work on your computer where it lives, with your printer, your monitor and your actual internet connection — which is usually where the problem was hiding anyway.
