Tech help that drives to your house
Tech2Door started because getting help with your own technology is absurdly hard. The manufacturer points at the internet company. The internet company points at the router. The store wants you to unplug everything and bring it in. Meanwhile the Wi-Fi still doesn't reach the back bedroom.
So we come to you instead. Most problems are only solvable in the house they live in — you cannot diagnose a dead zone, mount a TV on a block wall, or run a cable through an attic from a service counter. We bring the tools, the parts, and the patience.
We're based in Tucson and we work across Pima County. We're insured. We answer our own phone. And we'd rather explain the fix than make it sound complicated.

Monitored alarm systems
We install and configure security cameras, video doorbells and smart locks. Monitored burglar alarms are separately regulated in Arizona and need a credential we don't hold, so we leave those to alarm companies — and make sure everything else in your house works alongside whichever one you use.
Electrical and structural work
We run low-voltage cable and mount things properly. Anything that means new circuits, panel work or structural changes is a job for a licensed electrician or contractor, and we'll tell you when you've reached that line rather than working past it.
Clean-room data recovery
We recover data from drives that are still readable. A drive with physical damage needs a specialist lab, and trying it in your living room makes it worse. We'll tell you when that's where you are.
Selling you things you don't need
If your existing gear is fine, we'll say so. If the fix is a setting rather than a purchase, that's the fix. We'd rather be the people you call again.
