Pricing

What this costs, before you call

Most tech services won't tell you a price until someone's standing in your living room. Here's ours. You'll always get the actual number before any work starts.

House calls

$109per hour

One-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments.

Service call

$59one-time

Covers the drive and the diagnosis. Waived when you book the work with us on the same visit.

Business on-site

$155per hour

On-site business support, no contract required. Remote work billed the same way.

Remote support

$65per half hour

For anything that genuinely can be fixed without us in the room. We'll tell you honestly when it can't.

Most household jobs land in the first hour. If it's going to run longer, you'll hear that from us before the clock does.

Common jobs

Starting prices

These are starting points for a straightforward version of each job. Anything unusual about your house changes the number, and we'll tell you that before we start rather than after.

Quoted, not listed

These depend far too much on your specific house to put a number on from a website. We walk it, then give you a written quote.

How we bill

No surprises, in writing

How a job is priced and billed, in four stepsFour stops in order. First you describe the problem by phone or through the form. Second, you get your price in writing before any work starts — a starting price up front for common jobs, or a written quote after a walkthrough for a project. Third, the work you agreed to is carried out. Fourth, if the job turns out to be bigger than it looked, the work stops and you decide whether to go ahead, rather than the bill simply growing. You tell us what's going onon the phone or the formYour number, in writingbefore any work startsWe do the work you agreed tothe job you approved, at your doorBigger than it looked? We stop.you decide before the clock runs onGo aheadNot today1234
  1. Tell us what's broken and what kind of house it's in.
  2. A starting price up front, or a written quote once we've walked it. Always before work starts.
  3. We do the job you approved, not a bigger one.
  4. If it turns out bigger than it looked, we stop and ask. The clock doesn't just keep running.
The same rule for a small fix and a whole-house project: the number comes first, and it doesn't change without you.
  • You get the price before we start. If a job turns out to be bigger than it looked, we stop and tell you rather than running up the clock.
  • If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the labor — just the service call that got us there.
  • Parts and hardware are billed at cost plus a clearly stated markup. You'll see what each piece costs.
  • Larger projects like whole-home cabling and multi-camera systems are quoted in writing after a walkthrough, never guessed at over the phone.

Questions about any of this? Call (520) 891-9682 and ask. We'd rather answer it now than have it be a surprise later.
