Tucson · same-day house calls

Your tech, fixed at your door.

Wi-Fi that dies in the back bedroom. A TV that needs mounting on a block wall. Cameras, ethernet, a laptop that won't boot. We drive to your house, fix it on the spot, and explain it in plain English.

  • We come to you — no unplugging, no hauling it to a store
  • Straight hourly pricing, quoted before we start
  • Insured, local, and we answer our own phone

Mon–Sat, 8am–7pm · Same-day and evening appointments when we have the slot. Sundays by arrangement.

What's going wrong?

Pick one and we'll start the quote with it filled in.

Not sure which? Just describe it and we'll work it out.

House calls, Tucson style

We ride out to you.

Every job is a house call. Most tech problems can only be fixed in the house they live in — nobody finds a Wi-Fi dead zone or mounts a TV on block from a service counter. So we bring the tools, the parts and the patience to your door.

  • Tools and parts on the truck
  • Tucson and the rest of Pima County
  • Same-day when we have the slot

Why us

The boring things, done properly

Most complaints about tech help aren't about technical skill. They're about someone not turning up, not explaining, or not saying what it would cost.

Our guarantee

If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the labour.

Just the service call that got us there. And we'll tell you what would fix it, even when that means someone other than us.

We actually show up

A real arrival window, and a text when we're on the way. If we're running late you hear it from us first.

Priced before we start

You get the number before any work happens. No surprise line items, no upsell theater.

Plain English, always

We explain what broke and what we did. You should understand your own house when we leave.

Insured and local

Tucson-based and insured. You're not calling a national dispatch center that subcontracts to a stranger.

And what we don't do

No monitored alarm systems, no electrical or structural work, no clean-room data recovery, and no selling you hardware you don't need. When you've reached that line we say so instead of working past it.

Where we stop

How it works

Four steps, no mystery

Every job runs the same way, from the first phone call to the moment it works.

  1. 01
A message describing the problem, sent from a phone

    Tell us what's wrong

Call, or send the form. Describe it however it makes sense to you — 'the internet is bad in the den' is a perfectly good problem description.

  2. 02
A written quote coming back before anyone drives out

    We quote it

We'll tell you what it likely takes and what it'll cost before anyone drives anywhere. Bigger jobs get a written quote.

  3. 03
A van arriving at the house inside the promised window

    We come to you

We show up in the window we promised with the tools and parts on the truck, and fix it in your home.

  4. 04
The job tested, and written notes left behind

    It works when we leave

We test it with you, show you how it works, and leave notes. Call us if it acts up again.

Same four steps on every job, whether it's a twenty-minute fix or a week of cabling.

Bigger than it looked? We stop and tell you, rather than running up the clock.

  1. Small jobs are billed by the hour, with a one-hour minimum.
  2. Common jobs have a starting price you can see before you call.
  3. Big projects get walked first, then put in writing.
  4. If it turns out bigger than it looked, we stop and tell you.
Whichever route your job takes, the number comes before the work does.

Questions

The things people ask first

What areas do you cover?

Tucson and the surrounding Pima County communities — Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina Foothills, Vail, Green Valley, Sahuarita, SaddleBrooke and Corona de Tucson. If you're near the edge of that, call and ask. We'd rather tell you honestly than have you guess.

How much does it cost?

House calls are billed hourly with a one-hour minimum, and most common jobs have a published starting price. Larger projects like whole-home ethernet or a multi-camera system are quoted in writing after we've walked the house. You always get the number before any work starts.

Can you come today?

Often, if we have the slot. Same-day and evening appointments happen regularly, but they depend on what's already booked. Call rather than using the form if it's urgent.

Do I need to buy the equipment before you arrive?

No, and we'd rather you didn't guess. Tell us the problem and we'll recommend what actually fits your house — sometimes that's gear you already own, and sometimes the thing you were about to buy would have made it worse.

What if you can't fix it?

You don't pay for labor on something we couldn't solve — just the service call that got us out there. And we'll tell you what would fix it, even when that means someone other than us.

Are you insured?

Yes. We're a Tucson-based, insured business working in people's homes, and we take that seriously.

Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you what it takes.

Free quote, no obligation, and an honest answer even when the honest answer is that you don't need us.
