Tech2Door is a Tucson-based in-home technology service. This page explains exactly what we collect through this website and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the area you're in, an optional street address, what you need help with, and when you'd like us to come. Nothing on this site asks for payment details.
Our web host records standard server logs — including IP addresses — as part of running the site. We use the IP address of a form submission only to rate-limit abuse, and we do not store it alongside your enquiry.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to do the work. That's all. Specifically, we do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with marketing companies, lead brokers, or anybody else.
Submitting the form does not sign you up to anything. There is no mailing list, and we don't send follow-up marketing to people who decided not to book.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and our site is hosted by Vercel. Both process the data on our behalf in order to deliver it to us. We may also send ourselves a notification through a messaging service so an urgent request isn't missed.
We'll disclose information if the law actually requires it, and not otherwise.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking or advertising pixels. If we add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, we'll say so here first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we may reasonably need them for the work and our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tech2door.com or call (520) 891-9682 and we'll take care of it.
Work in your home
Doing this job means we sometimes see things on your devices, and occasionally we need a password to complete work you've asked for. We treat all of it as confidential, we only access what the job requires, and we'd encourage you to change any password you share with us once the work is done. We don't retain your credentials after a visit.
Children
This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
